Selheimer medaled twice at the PSAC Indoor Championships at Lehigh University this past Monday. Selheimer placed second in the mile with a time of 5:12.09. The Lansdale, Pa. native also won the bronze medal in the 800-meter with a time of 2:21.22. It is the first to PSAC track and field medals of the junior's career.
