Bloomsburg Athletics

Doug Walsh broke his own school record in the heptathlon while earning the bronze medal at the PSAC Championships. His 4,851 points (converted from 4,826) is an NCAA provisional mark and ranks him 28th in the nation. The Old Forge native bested the Bloomsburg record by 126 points. His performance was highlighted by a first-place jump of 1.89 meters in the high jump.
