Junior Kirsten O'Malley had another sensational weekend for the women's indoor track and field team as she posted three top-ten finishes and two PSAC marks at the Bison Open, hosted by Bucknell University. O'Malley won the long jump, convincingly, on Saturday with a mark of 5.46 meters and then was part of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished fourth overall with a time of 4:06.67. On Friday, O'Malley competed in the 200-meter dash for the first time this season and qualified for the conference meet with a time of 26.25. She placed sixth overall in the event. All told, O'Malley currently holds the ninth-fastest time in the PSAC this season in the 200, the third-best mark in the PSAC in the long jump (5.71 meters), the top mark in the PSAC in the triple jump (12.06 meters), and is part of the third-best time in the conference in the 4x400.
