Nikki Young won three PSAC titles and broke, or was a part of breaking, six school records during the course of the 2018 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Championships last week. She helped the Huskies to a second-place finish for the fourth consecutive season. On day one, Young broke the school record in the 50-yard freestyle (23.51) to finish in a tie for second. She was also part of the second-place 200-yard medley relay team. On day two, she finished fifth the the 100-yard butterfly and then helped win the 400-yard medley relay with a school-record time (3:46.79). Friday, she broke her own school record and posted an NCAA "B" mark in winning the 100-yard breaststroke (1:02.32) and then concluded her week by winning the 200-yard breaststroke with an NCAA "B" mark and a school record time (2:17.07) and helped break the school record in the 400-yard freestyle relay with an NCAA "B" time (3:26.84) on Saturday. Her opening leg of the race was also a program best.
