He had at least one hit and scored at least one run in all four games over the weekend and posted an on-base percentage of .667 and a slugging percentage of 1.000. On Friday, Swiger went 1-for-3 with a run scored in game one and then 3-for-4 with a double and three runs scored as the Huskies won both games (W 5-0; W 8-0). Then, on Saturday, Swiger went 4-for-4 with a home run and three RBI in game one and then went 2-for-4 with the Huskies' only run in game two during the split (W 5-4; L 1-5).
For the season, Swiger now leads the Huskies with a .423 average (30-of-71) with two home runs and 11 runs batted in. The sophomore leads the team in hits (30), doubles (9), triples (1), and slugging percentage (.662).
