Jenna Hawkins recorded two more shutouts this week to help the Bloomsburg University women's soccer team clinch the PSAC regular season title for the first time since the 2000 season. Hawkins made four saves in a 0-0 double overtime tie at #12 Kutztown on Wednesday and then stopped another shot in Saturday's 1-0 win over Edinboro. With her two shutouts, she tied the school record for most shutouts in a single season with 12. The record was previously solely held by Heather Hartman during the 2001 season. The blanking was Bloomsburg's sixth consecutive shutout and 14th shutout in 17 contests this season. Hawkins has allowed only one goal in her last 931:06 of action and, in fact, the Huskies have allowed only one goal during their 11-game unbeaten streak. As a team, Bloomsburg has conceded only five goals all season - fewest in the PSAC. Hawkins improved to 12-2-2 overall with a 0.31 goals against average and an .881 save percentage. She leads the PSAC in shutouts and goals against average and ranks second in save percentage.
