MOBILE, AL-- The Bloomsburg University men's tennis duo of Fernando Perez (Center Valley, Southern Lehigh) and Ricky Dove (Port Matilda, State College Area) finished third at the 2009 Intercollegiate Tennis Association Small College National Championships in Mobile, AL.

The Huskies duo of Perez and Dove started the day against Andrey Boldarev and Alex Grubin of Concordia (NY) in the semi-finals and lost in straight sets, 6-1, 6-3. Boldarev and Grubin were the top seed in the event.

In the third place match Perez and Dove faced Armain Emami and Austin West of UC San Diego and came away with 6-2, 6-3 win.

Bloomsburg's fall season is now complete and will resume in the spring of 2010.
