Bloomsburg-- The Bloomsburg University men's tennis team posted a 6-3 victory over Mercyhurst Saturday. With this victory it pushed the Huskies to a 2-0 record in dual matches this fall.

Bloomsburg came out to a 2-1 lead after doubles with doubles teams of Brandon Cummings (Tallahassee, FL, Chiles) / Seth Rybak (Huntingtown, MD/Huntingtown) (Huntingtown, MD/Huntingtown) and Lee Wexler (Lafayette Hill, Plymouth-Whitemarsh) and Kyle Coliluori both winning by 8-1 scores.

In singles Fernando Perez (Center Valley, Southern Lehigh) posted a 6-4, 6-0 win at number one singles to clinch the match for the Huskies. Rybak cruised through his match winning at number five singles 6-0, 6-0.

Bloomsburg men's tennis (2-0) hosts East Stroudsburg on Tuesday at 4 p.m.
