HILTON HEAD, SC—The Bloomsburg University men's tennis team beat Ithaca College on Wednesday by a score of 8-1.
Bloomsburg took two of three matches in doubles with
Ricky Dove (Port Matilda/State College Area) and
Mark Schroeder (Basking Ridge, NJ/Ridge) winning 8-4 at number one.
In singles the Huskies swept all six matches with
Tyler Pultro (New Britain/Central Bucks West) winning 6-0, 6-0 at number six singles. Dove and
Lee Wexler (Lafayette Hill/Plymouth-Whitemarsh) both win 6-2, 6-1, while Schroeder posted a 6-1, 6-2 win.
Bloomsburg plays Missouri Valley on Thursday in its final spring break match.
