EDINBORO—The Bloomsburg University women's soccer team dropped its PSAC (Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference) opener by a score of 3-0 to Edinboro on Wednesday night.
 
The Fighting Scots, ranked fourth in the Atlantic Region, got on the board in the 23rd minute when Allyson Overly scored off a Liz Debo assist. Edinboro (3-0, 1-0 PSAC) added to its lead with a goal in the 41st minute of play, then put the game out of reach with goal coming with four seconds remaining.
 
For the game the Huskies had 12 shots on goal and five corner kicks. Edinboro was credited with 22 shots and seven corner kicks.
 
Bloomsburg (1-2, 0-1 PSAC) will host Chestnut Hill on Monday at 7 p.m.
