PITT DUALS MATCH NOTES

BLOOMSBURG--The 24th-ranked Bloomsburg University wrestling team hits the road again this week for a trip to Pittsburgh for the Pitt Duals. The Huskies will face the #12-ranked Pitt Panthers at 10 a.m. and later will face the Eagles of Eastern Michigan.

The Huskies knocked of 20th-ranked University of Maryland in their last match by a score of 22-15. The Huskies won six of the 10 matches, including a win by Nick Wilcox (Greene, NY/Greene Central) at 133 pounds who beat 12th-ranked Geoffrey Alexander. Wilcox went on to be named the EWL (Eastern Wrestling League) Wrestler of the Week for his efforts.

Bloomsburg returns home on Sunday, Jan. 20 to face Ohio University starting at 2 p.m.
