HUBER IN THE RECORD BOOKS
Tara Huber (Orefield/Parkland) not only tied a school record with four goals in one contest last Saturday, but it was the most prolific performance by any player in Division II this season. The four goals were the most by any player in the nation this year. Previously the high for goals in a match by any player nationwide was three - set by 92 players including Bloomsburg's
Jenna Fisher (Selinsgrove/Selinsgrove). On Saturday, Huber became the first player in the country to tally four goals in a single game all year.Â
Huber has also been moving up in the Bloomsburg record books over the last week. The senior forward is now eighth-place all-time in goals with 30, and points with 77. Huber was able to make this jump thanks to her four goal performance against Lock Haven on Saturday.
