BLOOMSBURG – The Bloomsburg University men's tennis team fell to visiting Wilkes on Saturday afternoon, 7-2.

The Huskies (2-12) scored their two wins in doubles competition. The tandem of Mike DiSanto (Center Valley/Southern Lehigh) and Brayden Shipman (Mill Hall/Central Mountain) was victorious at No. 1 doubles, defeating Jacob Parfianowicz and Dominic Parfianowciz by an 8-3 final. Denis Ikejiri (Santana de Parnaiba/Makenzie Tambori) and Will Humphrey (Hemel Hempstead, UK/Parmiters) also won 9-7 over Alex Makos and Steven Wilson.

Wilkes improved to 16-1 on the season with the victory.

Before the match the Huskies honored their lone senior, Brayden Shipman (Mill Hall/Central Mountain).
