BLOOMSBURG—Bloomsburg University has announced its upcoming promotions for the 2014 football season.
 
The Huskies will feature a five game home schedule in 2014. Kicking off the home campaign on Sept. 13 will be a matchup with PSAC Western Division foe California (Pa.) at 2 p.m at Danny Hale Field at Red. Bloomsburg will join with the Geisinger Janet Weis Children's Hospital's ThinkBIG Pediatric Cancer Fund as it recognizes Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month. ThinkBIG representatives will be on hand with information about the fund and about pediatric cancer.

It will also be Bloomsburg Fair Day with all fans getting a coupon good for $3 off admission to opening day of the Fair on Sept. 20. Game sponsors that day are the PSECU, Marley's, Econo Lodge and Holiday Inn Express. There will also be a chance to win tickets to see the Duck Dynasty Show (An Evening With the Robertsons) on Sunday, Sept. 21.
 
On Sept. 27 the Huskies will host Military Appreciation Day against Shippensburg with a 2 p.m. kickoff.  Game sponsors are AT&T and Comfort Suites.
 
Homecoming 2014 will be celebrated on Oct. 11 against Millersville at 2 p.m. The game sponsors are First Columbia Bank, Naps Pizza, Lions Gate and Geisinger Care Works.
 
The Parent's Day game will be held on Oct. 25 against West Chester at 2 p.m. Sponsors for that game will be MC Federal Credit Union and Berrigans Subs.
 
The home season will conclude on Nov. 1 against East Stroudsburg on Senior Day. The Philadelphia Federal Credit Union, Quaker Steak and Lube and Perkins will be game sponsors that day.
 
During each game this season Geisinger Care Works will sponsor the Game Ball Presentation.  Children up to the age of 12 can register at the Care Works Clinic in Bloomsburg for the chance to walk on the field during a game and present the game ball the officials.
 
At each home game fans will also have a chance to play University Store Bingo and win a gift card to the University Store. Be sure to pick up a bingo card as you enter the stadium.
