STORYLINEBloomsburg looks for its first win of the season when they play at New York Institute of Technology this Saturday, Sept. 13. The Huskies have been idle since playing a double overtime draw last Thursday.

LAST TIME OUTThe Huskies settled for a 0-0 draw in double overtime Thursday afternoon against St. Thomas Aquinas.

Jared Ott (Philadelphia/Archbishop Ryan) made two saves in the final three minutes of regulation to send the match to extra time. The Huskies had one shot on goal during the first overtime, while Aquinas had none. In the second overtime, Ott turned away a shot from Duncan Kasibante in the 108th minute for the Spartans' best chance.

LAST MEETINGLast season the Huskies fell to the Bears, 2-1. NYIT struck in the early going, taking the advantage in the sixth minute. The Bears' Matt DiDonna received a cross from Javier Gallardo and punched in his shot from the right wing for the goal and a 1-0 lead.
