BLOOMSBURG—The Bloomsburg University men's tennis team lost to Edinboro on Saturday by a score of 8-1. Before the match the Huskies honored the lone senior on its team Mike DiSanto (Center Valley/Southern Lehigh).
 
The Huskies dropped all three doubles matches, but did not make it easy for the Fighting Scots. At No. 1 DiSanto and Jean Paul Jones (Guayaquil, Guayan (Ecuador)/Cruzdel Sur) lost 8-6, while at No. 3 Nenyi Micah (Allentown/William Allen) and Christian Cioffi (South Williamsport, Pa./South Williamsport) lost 8-5.
 
In singles play DiSanto picked up the Huskies lone win posting a tough, three-set win 6-2, 5-7, 12-10 at No. 3. Micah lost a tough match at No. 4, 6-4, 7-5.
 
Edinboro is now 12-6 on the year, while the Huskies fall to 4-10. The Huskies host Mercyhurst and Daemen College on Sunday at the Burt Reese Tennis Center.
