COMPLETE RESULTSSELINSGROVE—For the first time since early December the Bloomsburg University women's swim team was back in the water competing in a meet and it rolled to an easy 123-82 win over Susquehanna University Friday evening.

The Huskies took first in seven of the individual and one of the relay events for the night.
Meghan Gallagher (Aston/Sun Valley) took first in two events winning the 50- and 100-free. In the 50-free Gallagher won by 1.2 seconds posting a time of 24.42 seconds, while in the 100-free she swam a 53.77.

In the 1000-free Bloomsburg went 1-2 with
Caroline Hodgins (Schwenksville/Perkiomen Valley) and
Abby Kling (York/Spring Grove) with Hodgins touching in 10:40.52. Hodgins also took second in the 100-free. In the 200-IM the Huskies again took the top two spots with
Sarah Ritter (Hampstead, MD/Carroll, MD) winning in 2:17.04 and
Megan Carey (Waymart/Holy Cross) getting second.

Sydney Mercer (Bloomsburg/Millville) won the 100-back in 1:02.16 with
Karly Hursey (Hampstead, MD/Carroll, MD) winning the 500-free in 5:16.46 with
Brooke Gilson (Whitehall/Whitehall) getting second. In the 100-back
Ashley Dix (Schwenksville/Perkiomen Valley) touched first in 1:10.74 and was second in 200-free.

In relay action the Huskies took first in the 400-medley relay with the team of
Samantha Campbell (Clifton Heights/Upper Darby),
Sarah Ritter (Hampstead, MD/Carroll, MD),
Nikki Young (Trooper/Methacton) and
Meghan Gallagher (Aston/Sun Valley) winning in 4:04.91.

The Huskies will host Senior Day on Sunday at 5 p.m. against East Stroudsburg.
