STORYLINE
The Bloomsburg men's soccer team travels to conference-rival Pitt-Johnstown on Saturday afternoon hoping to end a 12-match winless skid (0-10-2). The Huskies enter the match with a 1-10-2 overall record and an 0-5-2 mark in the PSAC standings - one point behind the Mountain Cats who come in with a 4-8-0 overall mark and a 1-6-0 conference record.
ALL-TIME SERIES
Bloomsburg leads the all-time series against Pitt-Johnstown, 11-1-0.
LAST MEETING
The two teams met last October 17 at Steph Pettit Stadium with the Huskies coming away with a 2-0 victory over the Mountain Cats.
Ken Herrmann (Langhorne, Pa./Neshaminy) got Bloomsburg on the board in the 55th minute and
Austin Transue (Langhorne, Pa./Neshaminy) added an insurance tally in the 70th minute for all of the scoring. Bloomsburg held a 28-9 advantage in shots with
Jacob Pesarcik (Whitehall, Pa./Whitehall) stopping two shots for the shutout win. Pitt-Johnstown's Nate Kieya turned aside 11 Bloomsburg shots.
LAST TIME OUT
Despite scoring a season-high three goals on Wednesday night, Bloomsburg saw its winless streak hit 12 straight with a 5-3 loss to visiting Holy Family University at Steph Pettit Stadium. The Huskies jumped out to a 3-1 lead at halftime on goals from juniors

Pitt-Johnstown last played on Tuesday afternoon when it knocked off Daemen, 3-2, in overtime. After falling behind 2-1 in the first half, the Mountain Cats got a goal from Colin Michalski - his second of the match - in the 72nd minute to force overtime. Pitt-Johnstown completed the comeback when Erik Etter scored five minutes into the extra session. Daemen outshot Pitt-Johnstown, 19-13, with Nate Kieya making three saves in goal for the Mountain Cats.
SCOUTING BLOOMSBURG
Since winning their opening match against Felician, the Huskies have gone 0-10-2 in their last twelve contests. The Huskies find themselves with a 1-10-2 overall record and an 0-5-2 against PSAC opponents - one point behind Pitt-Johnstown for 11th place in the standings. Jacob Pesarcik (Whitehall, Pa./Whitehall) has seen most of the time in goal. He has a 1.93 goals against average and a .762 save percentage. He ranks sixth in the PSAC in save percentage, tied for fifth in shutouts (1), and second in saves per game (6.40).
SCOUTING PITT-JOHNSTOWN
The Mountain Cats enter with a 4-8-0 overall record and a 1-6-0 mark against league opponents. They have won three of their last four matches - with all three coming against non-conference opponents. Pitt-Johnstown ranks tenth in the PSAC in scoring offense (1.42) but allow a league-worst 3.42 goals per game this season. Colin Michalski leads the team in goals (6) and points (12) this season. His goal total is tied for sixth in the conference. Haven Mackie has chipped in four goals and two assists for ten points on the year. Nate Kieya has played every minute in goal for the Mountain Cats this season and is 4-8 with a 3.33 goals against average and a .709 save percentage. He leads the PSAC in saves per game (8.33).
