STORYLINE
Bloomsburg has seen its winless streak reach ten as the Huskies have not won since a season-opening victory over Felician on September 1. The Huskies suffered a 1-0 loss at NYIT on Wednesday afternoon in their last action. The Falcons enter with a 5-4 overall record and a 5-2 mark in the Mountain East Conference. Notre Dame College is also coming off of a one-goal loss, 2-1, at the hands of Urbana on Tuesday.

ALL-TIME SERIES
The two teams have met just once prior to Saturday's contest with Notre Dame College winning the previous meeting, 2-0, on October 10, 2015 in South Euclid, Ohio. The Falcons outshot the Huskies, 19-8, in the contest while Bloomsburg held a 5-0 advantage in corner kicks. Both Falcon goals came in the first half. Taylor Lesage (Collegeville, Pa./Methacton) stopped ten shots in the loss for the Huskies.

LAST TIME OUT
Bloomsburg fell to 0-8-2 in its last ten matches with a 1-0 loss at NYIT on Wednesday afternoon. The Bears' Martin Sundel scored in the 44th minute and the hosts made the lead stand as the Huskies could not dent the scoreboard. Redshirt junior Jacob Pesarcik (Whitehall, Pa./Whitehall) again played well in goal as he turned aside seven shots.

Notre Dame College suffered a 2-1 loss at Urbana on Tuesday which snapped a four-game winning streak. Leonardo Paiva scored the only goal for the Falcons in the 71st minute. Daniele De Angelis stopped five shots in the loss.

SCOUTING BLOOMSBURG
Since winning their opening match against Felician, the Huskies have gone 0-8-2 in their last ten contests. Offensively, the Huskies rank 11th out of 12 teams in the PSAC in scoring by averaging 0.8 goals per game. The Huskies are also 11th in the league in scoring defense by allowing 1.9 goals per contest. Redshirt junior Austin Transue (Langhorne, Pa./Neshaminy) leads the Huskies with four goals and one assist for nine points. He is tied for ninth in the PSAC in goals (4) and is fourth in the league in shots (34). Transue has climbed into a tie for ninth place on the school's all-time list with 22 career goals and his 51 career points are two away from cracking the all-time top-ten list in program history. Freshmen Seth Walter (Bel Air, Md./C. Milton Wright) and Mike Bazadona (Courtdale, Pa./Wyoming Valley West) are next on the team in scoring this season with one goal and one assist for three points apiece. Redshirt junior Jacob Pesarcik (Whitehall, Pa./Whitehall) has seen most of the time in goal. He is 1-6-2 with a 1.71 goals against average and a .784 save percentage. He ranks third in the PSAC in save percentage (.784), tied for fourth in shutouts (1), and second in saves per game (6.44).

SCOUTING NOTRE DAME COLLEGE
Notre Dame College enters with a 5-4 overall record and a 5-2 mark in the Mountain East. The Falcons are averaging 2.89 goals per game on offense and have allowed only 13 goals in nine games this season. Leonardo Paiva is the player to watch for Notre Dame. He has scored 16 of the team's 25 goals and has 34 of the team's 65 points. He currently leads the country in goals per game (1.78) and points per game (3.78). He also leads the team in shots (70), shots on goal (40), game-winning goals (3), and penalty shot goals (4). Arthur Favero is second on the team with three goals and two assists for eight points. In goal, Daniele De Angelis has started all nine games and is 5-4 with a 1.43 goals against average and a .787 save percentage.
