STORYLINE
The Bloomsburg women's soccer team will play its final game of September on Tuesday night against Shippensburg. The Raiders are in the midst of a two-game losing streak with both of those losses occurring in overtime. Despite their 5-4 regular season record, the Raiders are below .500 in PSAC play (3-4). Meanwhile, the Huskies come into Tuesday's matchup with back-to-back shutout victories. On Saturday, it was freshman Megan Callan (Eldersburg, Md./Century)'s goal in the 89th minute that lifted Bloomsburg over California (PA) 1-0. Bloomsburg has not allowed a goal in three straight matches.

ALL-TIME SERIES
This will be the 30th meeting between the two schools in the all-time series with the Huskies holding a 19-8-2 advantage over the Raiders.

LAST TIME OUT
Freshman Megan Callan (Eldersburg, Md./Century) scored with 45 seconds left in regulation to lift Bloomsburg to a 1-0 victory at California (PA) on Saturday afternoon. The Huskies dominated most of the match as Bloomsburg held a 14-2 advantage in shots and a 6-1 edge in corner kicks. Sophomore Devon Haviland (Warminster, Pa./Archbishop Wood) needed to make just one save to post her PSAC-leading fifth shutout of the season.

Shippensburg suffered its second straight 2-1 overtime loss on Saturday, this time at the hands of PSAC-leading West Chester, on Saturday in Shippensburg. The Raiders' Ashley Weaver tied the match at 1-1 with just under two minutes. But, the Raiders lost the game on an own goal just 56 seconds into the first overtime. Raiders' goalkeeper Leah Roy stopped seven shots in the loss.

LAST MEETING
Last year, on September 29, the Huskies and the Raiders met on a rainy day in Shippensburg with the Raiders coming away with a 1-0 victory. The Huskies held the edge in shots, 13-5, and shots on goal, 6-2, but it was Haley Jones of the Raiders with a late first half goal that proved to be the difference in the game.

SCOUTING BLOOMSBURG
In their last three games, the Huskies have outscored their opponents 6-0 and have gone 2-0-1 in that stretch. Last week against Chestnut Hill, the Huskies' offense exploded, convincingly beating the Griffins 5-0. Four Huskies scored their first goals of the season in that contest, including freshman Megan Callan (Eldersburg, Md./Century) and senior Emily Potter (Watsontown, Pa./Warrior Run) who both notched their first collegiate goals. Senior Jenna Fisher (Selinsgrove, Pa./Selinsgrove) and sophomores Jessica Supp (Perkasie, Pa./Pennridge) and Allie Barber (Pittston Township, Pa./Pittston Area) also scored in the win. On the season, Barber leads the team with two goals and two assists for six points while Callan and senior Allie Camp (Beavertown, Pa./Midd-West) are right behind with four points apiece. Callan and Barber are the only Huskies who have scored more than one goal this season. Sophomore Devon Haviland (Warminster, Pa./Archbishop Wood) is 4-2-2 with a 0.70 goals against average and an .829 save percentage. She leads the PSAC with five shutouts and has 14 career shutouts in 27 career starts.

SCOUTING SHIPPENSBURG
The Raiders had a three-game winning streak going before dropping their last two games to Kutztown and West Chester - both by a 2-1 margin and both in overtime. Shippensburg ranks second in total shots in the PSAC with 140 in nine games. Sophomore Tori Mills has scored three goals with one assist for seven total points. She leads the team in both goals and points. Freshman Paige Harris has six points on two goals and two assists. Junior goalkeeper Leah Roy is 4-4 with a 1.20 goals against average and an .816 save percentage. She has been credited with two shutouts and two combined shutouts. The Raiders are fourth in the PSAC in scoring, averaging 1.78 goals per game on the season.
