STORYLINE
The Huskies look to close out the regular season on a high note and get their senior class one last win on home turf on Saturday (Oct. 28).
 
SENIOR DAY
Bloomsburg will honor its nine seniors prior to the match in Taylor Lesage (Collegeville, Pa./Methacton), Cameron Cleary (Pleasanton, Calif./Amador Valley), Anthony Cerda (Budd Lake, N.J./Mount Olive), Austin Transue (Langhorne, Pa./Neshaminy), Hamilton Rodkey (Verona, Pa./Penn Hills), Brett Milden (Mullica Hill, N.J./Clearview Regional), Brian Kilcoyne (Bensalem, Pa./Bensalem), Samuel Izzo (Frankford, Del./Indian River) and Kristopher Gross (Perkasie, Pa./Pennridge).
 
Lesage has played in 25 matches in his Bloomsburg career, making 24 starts. In 2135:38, he has made 104 career saves, owns a career 2.38 GAA as well as a .647 save percentage. The Collegeville, Pa. native is the son of Patrick and Patty Lesage, and is an education major.
 
Cleary has played in 35 matches in his career, making nine starts. He has recorded two career goals for four career points. The Pleasanton, Calif. native is the son of Tom and Joan Cleary, and is a marketing major.
 
Cerda has appeared in 66 matches in his career with the Maroon and Gold, making 62 starts. For his career, he has totaled 14 goals and six assists for 34 points. He totaled double-digit points in 2014 (14 points, 6 G, 2 A) and 2015 (11 points, 5 G, 1 A), and was also a 2014 NSCAA All-Atlantic Region Third Team Selection. The Budd Lake, N.J. native is the son of Gritzko and Jeannie Cerda, and is a business management major.
 
Transue has played in 66 career matches, starting in 49 of them. He has totaled 27 goals and 10 assists for a total of 64 career points, including a career high 13 goals, four assists and 30 points during his 2015 campaign. That season, he was named first team all-PSAC, as well as to the NSCAA All-Atlantic Region first team and the CCA All-Atlantic Region second team. The Langhorne, Pa. native is the son of Mark and Veronica Transue, and is an exercise science major.
 
Rodkey has appeared in 67 matches in his Bloomsburg career, including 20 starts. He has total five goals and five assists for a total of 15 points. The Verona, Pa. native is the son of Joe and JoAnn Rodkey, and is a business management major.
 
Milden has played in 72 matches in his career at Bloomsburg, making 63 starts. In his career, he has totaled seven goals and five assists for 19 points. The Mullica Hill, N.J. native is the son of Steven and Wendy Milden, and is a mass communications major. 
 
Kilcoyne has played in 67 matches and made 22 starts in his Bloomsburg career. He has totaled three goals and four assists for 10 total points. The Bensalem, Pa. native is the son of Dianne Kilcoyne, and is a mass communications major.
 
Izzo has played in 67 matches in maroon and gold, making 41 starts. In his four seasons, he has totaled four goals for eight points. The Frankford, Del. native is the son of Michael and Regena Izzo, and is a double major in business administration and finance.
 
Gross has played in 66 matches in his career, making 48 starts. He has scored his only two career goals this season, totaling four points. The Perkasie, Pa. native is the son of Eric and Erika Gross, and is a double major in finance and economics.
 
ALL-TIME SERIES
Bloomsburg is 11-1-0 all-time versus Pitt-Johnstown.
 
LAST MEETING
The Huskies defeated the Mountain Cats 3-1 back on Oct. 15, 2016 in Johnstown. After a Mountain Cats goal in the fourth minute, Rodkey scored his first of the season on an assist from Evan Novian (Baltimore, Md./Loyola Blakefield) in the 14th minute. Cerda gave the Huskies the lead for good off an assist from Rodkey when he scored his second of the season in the 24th minute. The Huskies scored a late goal in the 84th minute when Mike Bazadona III (Kingston, Pa./Wyoming Valley West) headed in a throw-in, with Cerda collecting an assist on the play.
 
LAST TIME OUT
The Huskies defeated Molloy on the road 1-0 back on Wednesday night (Oct. 25). The two teams traded runs and chances throughout the first half, when Bloomsburg made a push toward the Molloy net in the 19th minute. A Molloy infraction set up Samuel Izzo (Frankford, Del./Indian River) for a penalty kick, which he converted for his first of the season. Izzo's marker was ultimately the game-winner, as the Huskies picked up their second road win of the season and their third in non-conference play. Izzo along with Mike Bazadona III (Kingston, Pa./Wyoming Valley West), Cater Luckenbaugh, Brian Kilcoyne (Bensalem, Pa./Bensalem) and Hamilton Rodkey (Verona, Pa./Penn Hills) recorded two shots in the contest, while Anthony Cerda (Budd Lake, N.J./Mount Olive), Brett Milden (Mullica Hill, N.J./Clearview Regional), Evan Novian (Baltimore, Md./Loyola Blakefield), and Thomas King (West Chester, Pa./B. Reed Henderson) each fired one. Brock Gould (York, Pa./Red Lion) (1-0-0) made 11 saves in his first collegiate start and his first shutout.
 
The Mountain Cats dropped their PSAC match at No. 22 Millersville back on Saturday (Oct. 21). Nate Kleya made nine saves in the loss.
 
SCOUTING BLOOMSBURG
Bazadona holds the team lead in points with 10 on four goals and two assists, while Luckenbaugh has nine points on nine assists. Luckenbaugh's nine helpers lead the PSAC. Eight other Huskies have contributed points on the season. In net, Lesage owns a 2.44 goals-against-average, as well as a .644 save percentage. His 67 total saves are tied for second in the league.
 
SCOUTING PITT-JOHNSTOWN
D.J. Vogelman leads the Mountain Cats with eight points on three goals and two assists. Alex Laslavic and John Knox each also have two goals for four points. Four other players have recorded points for Pitt-Johnstown. Between the pipes, Kleya owns a 4.43 GAA and a .696 save percentage. He also leads the conference in saves with 151.
 
The match concludes the 2017 men's soccer season.
