COMPLETE RESULTS

LEXINGTON, Va. - Kirsten O'Malley (Montoursville, Pa./Montoursville Area) posted an NCAA provisional mark in the triple jump on Friday night to headline day one of competition for the Bloomsburg University women's indoor track and field team at the Keydet Invitational, hosted by Virginia Military Institute.

O'Malley's mark of 11.81 meters in the triple jump gave her a third-place finish in the event against a Division I-heavy field. It was her second-best jump of the season trailing only her mark of 12.06 meters at the Houghton College December Classic last month which happens to be the fourth-best mark in the country this season. Her 11.81-meter mark on Friday night is the ninth-best jump in the country.

Bloomsburg had two others qualify for the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) championship meet next month. Rachael Sullivan (Gettysburg, Pa./Gettysburg) and Hannah Masenheimer (New Tripoli, Pa./Northwestern Lehigh) had strong showings in the weight throw on Friday night and both got over the conference standard. Sullivan finished 13th overall in the event with a mark of 14.03 meters. Masenheimer, meanwhile, placed 18th overall with a toss of 12.90 meters.

On the track, Hannah Boudreau (Hampstead, Md./North Carroll) placed 16th overall in the 1000-meter run with a time of 3:11.34 while Autumn Avery (Hughesville, Pa./Hughesville) was right behind and finished 20th overall after crossing the line in 3:13.94. In the 500-meter dash, Sarah Gottschalk (Lancaster, Pa./Manheim Township) finished 24th with a time of 1:25.12 while Kendall Lookingbill (York, Pa./Red Lion) was 28th after posting a time of 1:28.77.

Two others competed in running events on Friday night - Carli Dedics (Drums, Pa./Hazleton Area) was 47th in the 60-meter dash with a time of 8.19 seconds and Amanda Aulenbach (Fleetwood, Pa./Oley Valley) was 38th overall in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 10.02 seconds.

Day two of action at the Keydet Invitational is scheduled to get underway on Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m.
