ALL-TIME SERIES
• Bloomsburg and Ohio University have wrestled ten previoius times in the all-time series with each winning on five occasions. The last meeting between the teams occurred on January 20, 2013, with the Huskies posting a 24-9 victory over the Bobcats at the Nelson Field House.

SCOUTING BLOOMSBURG
• The Huskies enter Friday's contest with a 3-9 overall record and 1-5 in the Eastern Wrestling League (EWL). Bloomsburg snapped a four-match losing skid last Saturday with a 38-3 victory at Franklin & Marshall but then dropped a 28-15 decision against Rider at the Nelson Field House on Sunday afternoon.

• Redshirt junior Trevor Allard (Mexico, N.Y./Mexico) leads the Huskies with a 21-10 overall record while competing at 184 pounds. Allard is ranked 28th in the country according to the first NCAA Coaches' Panel Rankings released back on January 24. He is the first Bloomsburg wrestler to be ranked since 2014. Allard had a streak of five straight wins snapped against Michigan State's Cameron Caffey on February 2 but still has won 17 of his last 21 matches after a 4-6 start to the season. Allard also leads the Huskies with seven major decisions and eight total bonus point victories.

• Junior Willy Girard (Williamstown, Pa/Williams Valley) is 16-11 overall while competing at 125 pounds. He has six bonus point wins on the year which is tied for second on the team. Girard is 7-5 in duals, joining Allard (9-2) and junior Bruce Graeber (Feasterville, Pa./Neshaminy) (6-5) as the only Huskies with winning records in duals this season. Also in double figures in wins this season are junior Nate Newberry (Biglerville, Pa./Biglerville), redshirt junior Grant Bond (Carlisle, Pa./Boiling Springs), and Graeber. Newberry won both of his bouts last weekend to improve to 14-11 on the year. He has won nine of his last 12 matches. Bond is 13-8 on the year after going 1-1 last weekend. His loss was an injury default against Rider on Sunday. Graeber is 11-13 overall and won both of his bouts by fall last weekend - his second and third pins of the season. Sophomore Shawn Orem (Pasadena, Md./Mount Saint Joseph) stepped into the lineup last weekend and also went 2-0 to improve to 5-10 on the year. His victory on Sunday came against nationally-ranked Anthony Cefolo at 133 pounds.

SCOUTING OHIO UNIVERSITY
• The Bobcats enter Friday's contest after splitting their matches last weekend. Ohio University dropped a 16-15 decision to Old Dominion last Friday before rebounding for a 22-15 win over SIU-Edwardsville on Saturday. The Bobcats hold a 6-5 overall record and a 4-2 mark in the Mid-American Conference (MAC). The Bobcats have not won two matches in a row this season and are looking to buck that trend against Bloomsburg.

• Redshirt junior Zac Carson (157) has posted 17 wins on the year with a 8-2 dual meet record and a 4-2 conference record. Redshirt sophomore Mario Guillen (133) has also had a big year, going 15-1 overall with a 6-1 record in dual meets and a perfect 5-0 in MAC matches. He won the Michigan State Open to start the 2018-19 campaign. Senior Cameron Kelly (141) holds a 13-2 overall record, going a perfect 7-0 in dual meets and 6-0 in conference action.

• Five Bobcats are ranked in the first NCAA Coaches' Panel Rankings released back on January 24. Carson and redshirt junior Shakur Laney (125) are the highest-ranked Bobcats as each are ranked 20th in their respective weight classes. Kelly (141) is 23rd, Guillen (133) is 25th, and redshirt senior Zack Parker is 28th in the heavyweight rankings.
