SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – The Bloomsburg University men's track & field team posted 13 personal bests, three event wins, and two Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) marks at the Shippensburg Midweek Meet, Wednesday afternoon.
 
Tyler Bailey (Mifflinburg, Pa./Mifflinburg) won the 400-meter dash with a PSAC qualifying and personal-best time of 50.16. Brady Dowell (Williamsport, Pa./Loyalsock Township) took fourth with a PR of 50.82 and Parker Jarrtt grabbed fifth with a personal-best time of 51.38. Andrew Basile (Easton, Pa./Easton Area) hit one of two PRs on the day in the 400 with a time of 51.98 to take seventh.

Basile also hit a personal-best time of 23.73 in the 200-meter dash as he finished 11^th overall. Robert Wilson (Ambler, Pa./Wissahickon) also hit a PR in the 200 with a time of 22.87 for a seventh-place finish.
 
Richard Loughran () hit a PR in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:05.18 to take 11^th while Liam Grayson (/) finished 16^th with a time of 2:14.70.
 
Matthew Carroll (Palmyra, Pa./Palmyra Area) finished eighth overall in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:33.36 and Kevin Konyar (Winchester, Va./James Wood) led the way in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:52.26. Matthew Campbell (Marlton, N.J./Cherokee) ran a personal-best time of 16:36.69 in the 5,000 to take sixth overall.
 
Hank Anderson (Oakland, N.J./Indian Hills) finished 13^th in the 100-meter dash with a PR of 11.38 and won the long jump with a PSAC distance of 6.98 meters, his outdoor personal-best. Doug Walsh (Old Forge, Pa./Holy Cross High School) also hit a PR in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.70 to take 17^th and finished the long jump 10^th overall with a jump of 6.20 meters.
 
Shaheem Hill (Williamsport, Pa./Williamsport) record a PSAC mark of 1.85 meters in the high jump to take fourth overall.

Basile, Bailey, Wilson, and Dowell won the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:20.89.
 
Michael Makowski (Marion Heights, Pa./Mount Carmel Area) led the throwers for BU as he took eighth in the hammer with a PR of 41.51 meters and finished 10^th in the shot put with a toss of 11.33 meters.
 
Jhoan Robles (Hazleton, Pa./Hazleton) took 12^th in the shot put with a throw of 10.04 meters and 14^th in the hammer with a PR of 32.51 meters. Jackson Baldini (Mechanicsburg, PA/Mechanicsburg Area) finished eighth overall in the javelin with a toss of 40.67 meters.
 
The Huskies get right back to action on on Saturday when they travel to Bucknell University for the Bucknell Team Challenge in Lewisburg, Pa.
