CARLISLE, Pa. – The Huskies collected 31 top-five finishes, and 15 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) times, and seven event wins as the Bloomsburg men's swimming team cruised to a 123-80 win over IUP at the Keystone Aquatic Center, Friday afternoon.

The Huskies finished second and third in the 200-yard medley relay to open the meet as
Tucker Ball (New Cumberland, Pa./Cedar Cliff),
Blake Nesbitt (Wind Gap, Pa./Nazareth),
Nick Fiddler (Lafayette Hill, PA/Plymouth Whitemarsh), and
Brian Harrell (New Canaan, Conn./New Canaan) touched the wall at 1:34.01 to take second, their fastest time in the relay this season.
Tony Goulstone (Hazelton, PA/Hazelton),
Sean Witmer (Millmont, PA/Mifflinburg),
Dan Mueser (Mount Joy, Pa./Elizabethtown), and
Luke Scoboria (Birdsboro, PA/Exeter) finished third at 1:36.62.

Andy Thomas (Harleysville, Pa./Hatboro-Horsham) won the first individual race for the Huskies as he clocked in at 1:40.91 in the 200-yard freestyle, just under two seconds ahead of the next swimmer.
Andrew Holmes (Monroeville, PA/Gateway) took third with a time of 1:42.91.

The Huskies got back-to-back event wins as Goulstone won the 200-yard IM with a season-best time of 1:55.38 to improve on his PSAC standing.
Nick Zaffiro (Orefield, PA/Parkland) took third with a time of 1:57.11 while
Luke Scoboria (Birdsboro, PA/Exeter) picked up a PSAC qualifying time of 2:00.17 as he took fourth overall.

Pat Agnew (Pottstown, Pa./Pottsgrove) led a trio of Huskies in the 50-yard freestyle as he took second overall with a time of 21.64. Mueser was right behind at 21.81 for third and Nesbitt touched the wall at 22.00 for fourth overall.

Mueser led three Huskies in the 50-yard butterfly as he took second with a time of 23.44 whole Fiddler finished third at 23.80. Ball came in fourth overall with a time of 24.08 for the Huskies.

Thomas won his second individual race of the day as he touched the wall at 46.30 and Holmes was not far behind at 46.95 for a second-place finish. Agnew came in fourth at 47.51 while
Connor Empie (Bloomsburg, Pa./Central Columbia) swam a 48.09 for a fifth-place finish.

Scoboria took second in the 500-yard free with a time of 4:46.52 while Huegel finished third at 4:53.54.
Jimmy Greek (Garnet Valley, Pa./Garnet Valley) took fourth for the Huskies with a time of 4:55.77 and
Luke Willard (Orefield, PA/Parkland) finished sixth with a PSAC-qualifying time of 4:57.83.

Thomas, Agnew, Holmes, and Mueser won the 200-yard freestyle relay with a time of 1:26.34 and
Josh Mansfield (Southampton, PA/William Tennet), Zaffiro,
Constantin Buga (Philadlephia, PA/Northeast), and Nesbitt took fourth at 1:31.42.

Ball won the 50-yard backstroke at 23.96 and Goulstone finished second at 24.56.
Â
Nesbitt collected back-to-back wins the Huskies as he won the 50-yard breaststroke at 26.98.
Tanner Glatfelter (Dover, PA/Dover) (27.74),
Sean Witmer (Millmont, PA/Mifflinburg) (28.09), and
Dennis Dukinas (Dallas, PA/Dallas) (28.33) finished third-through-fifth for the Huskies.

Bloomsburg closed out the meet with a win in the 400-yard freestyle relay thanks to a time of 3:08.50 from the team of Thomas, Agnew, Holmes, and Scoboria. Goulstone, Willard, Witmer, and Zaffiro finished fourth at 3:19.99.
Bloomsburg gets back in the pool tomorrow when they face off against Millersville and IUP in the final day of the Pidgeon Invitational in a two-session open invitational format beginning at 9:00 am at the Keystone Aquatic Center.
