LEWISBURG, Pa. – After the first day of the 2023 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Indoor Track & Field championships, the Bloomsburg women's team sits in ninth place overall with 10 team points.

Dahlia Hosey (Wellsboro, Pa./Wellsboro Area) grabbed the first podium spot for the women as she finished eighth overall in the long jump. Hosey jumped a 5.46 meters on her third attempt.
Devin Hubler (Minersville, Pa./Minersville Area) just missed joining her teammate as she finished 10
th with a jump of 5.34 meters.

The DMR team of
Jaime Diedel (Lansdale, Pa./North Penn),
Delaney Porter (Pen Argyl, Pa./Penn Argyl Area),
Alyssa Keeley (Northumberland, Pa./Shikellamy), and
Brianna Dumond (Tamaqua, Pa./Tamaqua Area) finished third overall with a blazing fast 12:22.60. Keeley got the Huskies into third place with a 2:21.20 in the 800-meter leg and Dumond closed things out with a time of 5:14.39 in the 1,600-meter leg.

Sarah Castronova (Lancaster, Pa./Conestoga Valley) qualified for the finals of the 400-meter dash after taking fifth overall in the first round with a time of 59.35. She finished second in her heat.
Kelsie Robinson (Media, Pa./Penncrest High School) ran a solid 1:00.85 to take third in her heat at her first PSAC championship.

Amanda Kelly (West Chester, Pa./Henderson) earned a spot on the podium in the 5,000-meter run with a personal-best time of 18:06.49 and took sixth overall.
Nicole Keeley (Northumberland, Pa./Shikellamy) finished 12
th with a time of 18:46.57.

The Huskies return to action tomorrow morning when
Sarah Sweet (Erie, Pa./Mercyhurst Prepatory), Dumond, and
Alyssa Keeley (Northumberland, Pa./Shikellamy) take on the 1-mile run at 12:30 pm.
