MILLERSVILLE, Pa. – The Bloomsburg women's track & field team had a stellar weekend at the 40
th Annual Millersville Metrics as they brought home three event champions and posted 10 new Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) championship qualifying marks. The Huskies finished second out of 21 teams with 127 team points.

The mid-distance runners stole the show for the Huskies as Bloomsburg picked up an event champion in the 800-meter run and four in the top-eight and placed five runners in the top-eight of the 1,500-meter run.

Alyssa Keeley (Northumberland, Pa./Shikellamy) won the 800 with a next PSAC qualifying time of 2:21.25 while
Kelley Selheimer (Lansdale, Pa./North Penn) earned a spot in the PSAC championships with a fourth-place finishing time of 2:22.40.
Kelsie Robinson (Media, Pa./Penncrest High School) earned her way into the PSAC championships with a sixth-place time of 2:23.14.
Sarah Sweet (Erie, Pa./Mercyhurst Prepatory) took seventh overall with a time of 2:24.33.

Selheimer took second overall in the 1,5000-meter run with a time of 4:48.38 while
Nicole Keeley (Northumberland, Pa./Shikellamy) earned a spot in the PSAC championships with a time of 4:50.42 as she took third overall.
Jaime Diedel (Lansdale, Pa./North Penn) took fifth overall with a PSAC qualifying time of 4:51.83 and
Amanda Kelly (West Chester, Pa./Henderson) posted a PSAC time of 4:52.48 to take sixth.
Brianna Dumond (Tamaqua, Pa./Tamaqua Area) finished seventh overall with a time of 4:53.44.

Delaney Porter (Pen Argyl, Pa./Penn Argyl Area) came in second in the 400-meter hurdles as she finished with a time of 1:08.64 and
Julia Magee (Chalfont, Pennsylvania/Central Bucks South) took seventh with a time of 1:15.43.
Yamilet Ferrufino (Bethlehem, Pa./Liberty) took eighth overall with a time of 1:15.89.

Megan Gambogi (Lansdale, Pa./North Penn), and
Kelsie Robinson (Media, Pa./Penncrest High School) won the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 4:04.34 whole
Natalya Heard (),
Emma Kay (Douglassville, Pa./Daniel Boone Area High School),
Melissa Sicinski (Fountainville, Pa./Pennridge), and
Lilly Slater (Lancaster, Pa./Manheim Township High School) took third with a time of 4:21.98.
Alyssa Keeley (Northumberland, Pa./Shikellamy), Sweet, Diedle, and
Rachanee Tith (Boyertown, Pa./Boyertown Area) took seventh with a time of 4:33.75.
The 4x100-meter relay team of Castronova, Sicinski,
Emma Kay (Douglassville, Pa./Daniel Boone Area High School), and Heard took third with a time of 49.29.

Heard and
Dahlia Hosey (Wellsboro, Pa./Wellsboro Area) qualified for the finals of the 100-meter dash and Heard took sixth overall with a PSAC mark of 12.59. Hosey finished seventh with a time of 12.69.

Castronova took third overall on the 400-meter dash with a time of 59.63 while Gambogi finished seventh with a time of 1:01.52.

For the second-straight week,
Kelly Leszcynski (Nazareth, Pa./Nazareth) won the javelin throw, this time with a distance of 41.84 meters (137' 3").

Madison Baudille (Babylon, N.Y./Babylon) took fourth overall in the shot put with a toss of 12.48 meters (40' 11.5") while
Makayla Force (Berwick, Pa./Berwick) took fourth overall in the discus with a PSAC qualifying toss of 37.42 meters (122' 9").
Kelly Gilmore (Colmar, Pa./North Penn) qualified for the PSAC championships in the hammer throw as she took fourth overall with a throw of 46.52 meters (152' 7").

Sydney Derr (Fogelsville, Pa./Northwestern Lehigh) qualified for the pole vault at the PSAC Championships as she cleared 3.20 meters (10' 6") to take sixth overall.

Isabella Horvath (Cresco, PA/Pocono Mountain East High School) took seventh in the high jump (1.45 meters • 4' 9") while
Devin Hubler (Minersville, Pa./Minersville Area) finished third in the triple jump with a distance of 10.80 meters (35' 5.25").

The Huskies return to action next Saturday at the River Hawk Multi/Invitational next Saturday at Susquehanna University.
