LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Bloomsburg women's track and field team had a solid day at the Bucknell Team Challenge on Saturday and turned in nine top-10 finishes for the day.
 
In the field events, Isabella Horvath (Cresco, PA/Pocono Mountain East High School) took sixth overall in the high jump as she cleared 1.52 meters (4' 11.75") while Devin Hubler (Minersville, Pa./Minersville Area) took eighth in the long jump with a distance of 5.08 meters (16' 8").
 
Madison Baudille (Babylon, N.Y./Babylon) led the throwers with a sixth-place finish in the shot with a toss of 11.77 meters (38' 7.5"). Becca Martin (Wellington Florida/Cushing Academy) finished eighth with a throw of 11.14 meters (36' 6.75"). Makayla Force (Berwick, Pa./Berwick) took sixth overall in the discus with a distance of 37.21 meters (122' 1"), just 0.21 meters off of her season-long throw.
 
Molly Raville (Gettysburg, PA/Delone Catholic High School) finished seventh in the javelin with a throw of 34.08 meters (114' 2") and Martin took ninth with a distance of 32.48 meters (106' 7").
 
On the track, Melissa Sicinski (Fountainville, Pa./Pennridge) finished seventh overall in the 100-meter dash at 12.88 and Jaime Diedel (Lansdale, Pa./North Penn) took seventh in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:53.78.
 
Sophomore Kelley Selheimer (Lansdale, Pa./North Penn) improve on her PSAC qualifying time in the 800-meter run as she took 11^th overall with a time of 2:20.85. She now ranks 12^th overall in the conference heading into the final few weeks of the regular season. Alyssa Keeley (Northumberland, Pa./Shikellamy) was right on her heels with a 12^th-place finish with a time of 2:21.48 while Brianna Dumond (Tamaqua, Pa./Tamaqua Area) took 15^th at 2:22.41.
 
The Huskies host their annual Maroon & Gold Invitational next Saturday at Redman Stadium. Events are scheduled to get under way at 4:30 p.m. while the throwing events will be held at Bucknell on Sunday, April 30 beginning at 11:00 am.
