LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – Emma Little (Pittsburgh, Pa./Penn-Trafford) and Callie Sowers (Irwin, Pa/Hempfield Area) were named to the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division All-Conference Teams as announced by the conference Tuesday afternoon.
 
Little was selected to the PSAC East First Team and Sowers received her second career all-conference selection after being named to the Second Team. 
 
Little makes her first career appearance on the list after hitting for a .324 average during the regular season and recording 32 runs batted in, which is tied for a team high. Additionally, Little recorded eight doubles, four home runs, and led the team in walks with 18. The sophomore had 12 multi-hit games and is coming off a five-RBI game against Millersville. Little will ride a seven-game hitting streak into the postseason. 
 
Sowers earns her second all-conference selection in as many years after collecting 14 wins in the circle for the Huskies. The sophomore posted a 2.77 earned runs average during the regular season and led the conference in strikeouts with 227, which is 44 more than anyone else in the PSAC. The right-handed hurler also led the conference in complete games with 23 and was second in shutouts with six. 
 
Little, Sowers and the Huskies clinched the No. 5 seed in the Eastern Division for the PSAC Tournament last week with four wins in their final six regular season games. The Huskies (21-31, 15-17 PSAC East) will take on the PSAC West No. 4 seed California (Pa.) in their first game of the tournament at 10:00 AM on Wednesday at Veterans Park in Quakertown.
