BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – Three members of the Bloomsburg softball team were named to the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) All-Atlantic Region Second Team as announced on Monday afternoon.
 
Allie Wenrich (Dauphin, Pa./Central Dauphin), Sarah Yamrick (Fort Myers, Fla./Bishop Verot) and Bella Culp (Harrisburg, Pa/Central Dauphin) each earned their first career D2CCA All-Atlantic Region selections.
 
Wenrich capped off her impressive freshman campaign by landing a spot on the D2CCA All-Atlantic Region Second Team. The outfielder led the Huskies with 13 home runs and 50 RBIs. The freshman notched a team-leading 105 total bases while recording a .329 batting average on the season. Wenrich also posted 50 hits, 35 runs and seven stolen bases on the year.
 
Yamrick added another postseason award to her resume by claiming the utility/pitcher spot on the D2CCA All-Atlantic Region Second Team. Yamrick, who was also named to the PSAC East Second Team, excelled both in the circle and in the batter's box this season. As a pitcher, Yamrick posted a 2.33 ERA with a 15-6 record. The Fort Myers, Fla. Native threw 17 complete games with three shutouts and two saves. Yamrick struck out 124 batters across 138.1 innings pitched while holding batters to a .238 batting average. The sophomore saw plenty of success at the plate as well, leading the Huskies with a .392 batting average. Yamrick tied for second on the team in hits with 62.
 
Culp ended her collegiate career with her first career all-region distinction. Culp landed a spot as the second team as the utility/non-pitcher after split time this season at shortstop and  second base. The Harrisburg native registered a .343 batting average on the season while finishing tied alongside Yamrick for second on the team in hits with 62. Culp led Bloomsburg in runs with 45 and finished tenth in the PSAC.
 
It is the first time since 2016 that three Huskies have earned D2CCA All-Atlantic Region honors
