BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – The Bloomsburg women's swimming team collected 14 PSAC Championship qualifying times and won seven races as the Huskies defeated Susquehanna, 117-55, Saturday afternoon.

Gabi Walsh (Elizabethtown, Pa./Elizabethtown),
Sadie Ludwick (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Cedar Cliff),
Ashley Martin (Middletown, N.Y./Pine Bush), and
Rylee Wenzel (West Lawn, Pa./Wilson) started off the meet with a win in the 200-medley relay with a season-best time of 1:51.48.
Grace McBlain (Aldan, Pa./Monsignor Bonner),
Vanesa Valli (Beaver Falls, Pa./Blackhawk),
Jordyn Kinnee (Frederick, Md./Oakdale), and
Morgan Holmes (Monroeville, Pa./Gateway) took second at 1:52.83, and the team of
Sarah Pickel (Ambler, Pa./Wissahickon),
Taleah Ruben (Pottsville, Pa./Pottsville),
McKenna Mizikar (Latrobe, Pa./Mount Pleasant Area), and
Rachel Cunningham (Hanover, Pa./South Western) finished third at 1:56.51.

A trio of Huskies posted season-bests in the 200-freestyle as
Madison Osanitsch (Shippensburg, Pa./Shippensburg) won with a PSAC-qualifying time of 2:00.02.
Ella Dittmar (Collegeville, Pa./Perkiomen Valley) took second at 2:05.04 and Cunningham finished third at 2:06.73.

Sidney Beers (DeBois, Pa./DuBois Area) won the 50-free with a PSAC time of 25.28 while
Julia Riegel (Doylestown, Pa./Central Bucks South) dropped her PSAC qualifying time as she took second at 25.58.
Samantha Linsey (Camp Hill, Pa./Cedar Cliff) finished fourth with a time of 25.80 and
Avery Wenzel (Reading, Pa./Wilson) posted a season-best time of 26.02 to take fourth.

McBlain won the 400-IM with a PSAC qualifying time of 4:50.16 while
Catie Strayer (York, Pa./Central York) took second with her PSAC qualifying time of 4:56.64. Kinnee completed the trio of PSAC times as she finished third overall with a time of 4:58.32. Ludwick posted a season-best time of 5:02.61 to take fourth.

Rylee Wenzel (West Lawn, Pa./Wilson) won the 100-yard butterfly with her fastest time of the year and PSAC qualifying time of 59.41. Valli hit her PSAC time as well as she took second with a time of 59.99. Walsh and Martin tied for third with a time of 1:02.40, a PSAC time for both.

Linsey won the 100-free with a time of 55.85 to drop her PSAC qualifying time while Pickel took third with a season-best time of 57.41. Mizikar finished fourth overall at 58.30.

Morgan Holmes (Monroeville, Pa./Gateway) hit her PSAC time in the 100-yard back with a season-best time of 1:01.83 to win while Beers took second with a season-best time of 1:03.84. Cunningham also posted a season-best time as she took third with a time of 1:04.10.

Osanitsch dropped her PSAC time in the 500-yard freestyle as she swam as an exhibition with a time of 5:23.26 and Ditttmar hit her season best at 5:33.97.

Ludwick swam as an exhibition in the 100-yard breaststroke and dropped her PSAC qualifying time to 1:10.38.
Avery Wenzel (Reading, Pa./Wilson) had a season-best time of 1:11.52, as did Ruben (1:12.78), Riegel (1:12.91), Kinnee (1:13.40),
Jewel Little (East Stroudsburg, Pa./Stroudsburg Area) (1:13.86), and
Sydney Platt (Allentown, Pa./Parkland) (1:17.34).

The 400-free relay team of Beers, Holmes,
Rylee Wenzel (West Lawn, Pa./Wilson), and Linsey posted their season-best time as an exhibition swim of 3:44.11.

The Huskies return to the pool next Friday when they host Clarion and Lycoming College for a 5:00 p.m. meet at Nelson Field House Pool.
