SELINGSGROVE, Pa. – The Bloomsburg men's indoor track & field team had a strong showing in the final indoor meet of the 2024 calendar year. The Huskies posted 19 top-10 finishes, including a win in the triple jump.

Freshman
Trevor Johnson (Kintnersville, Pa./Palisades, Pa.) won the triple jump with a distance of 13.54 meters (44' 5.25"). After starting off the day with a jump of 12.83, Johnson hit a 13.36 meters in his fourth jump before his winning jump came in is fifth attempt. Landon Kester took second overall with a jump of 12.47 meters (40' 11") and
Shaheem Hill (Williamsport, Pa./Williamsport) finished ninth with a jump of 11.89 meters (39' 0.25").

Johnson also took sixth in the high jump as he cleared 1.82 meters (5' 11.5"). Hill finished seventh at 1.77 meters (5' 9.75") and
Paul Munoz (Hazleton, Pa./Hazleton Area) just missed a top-10 finish as he took 11
th at 1.62 meters (5' 3.75").

Aiden Corrigan (/) took fifth in the pole vault as he jumped a mark of 3.55 meters (11' 7.75"). A trio of Huskies came out of the second flight of the long jump to claim three top-10 finishes.
Daniel Ajuz (Plymouth Meeting, Pa./Plymouth Whitemarsh) took second overall at 6.68 meters (21' 11") while
Lucas Antal (/) took third at 6.39 meters (20' 11.75").
Michael Stebila (/) took eighth overall with a jump of 5.99 meters (19' 8").

Jack Donchez (Bethlehem/Liberty High School) took fourth in the weight throw with a toss of 14.09 meters (46' 2.75").

Andrew Kane had a strong showing in the heptathlon as he took seventh overall with 4,085 total points. Kane took eighth in the 60-meter dash with a personal-best time of 7.40 and eighth in the long jump at 6.32 meters (20' 9"). The junior finished 14
th in the shot put with a toss of 8.09 meters (26' 6.5") and 12
th in the high jump as he cleared 1.64 meters (5' 4.5"). Kane finished 11
th in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.50 and fourth in the pole vault at 3.30 meters (10' 10"). Kane won the heptathlon 1,000-meter run with a personal-best time of 2:51.99.

On the track, freshman
Christopher Brittingham (Royersford, Pa./Spring-Ford) took third in the 400-meter dash with a time of 51.91.
Jalik Hill (Lebanon, Pa./Lebanon) finished fourth overall with a time of 52.71 and
Brady Dowell (Williamsport, Pa./Loyalsock Township) took eighth at 53.33.

Salahudin Abdul-Hamid finished second overall in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:04.03 and
Peter Tepper (Cherry Hill, N.J./Cherry Hill East) took third in the 1-mile run at 4:35.25.

Caden Dufrene (Watsontown, Pa./Warrior Run High School) took fifth in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 9:09.53 and
Justin Herrmann (/) finished ninth in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.77.

The Huskies have the rest of December off before returning to action on January 18, 2025, at the River Hawk Invitational hosted by Susquehanna University.
