BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – The Bloomsburg women's golf team finished at the Husky Invitational at the Golf Club at Frosty Valley on Thursday afternoon.
 
The Huskies placed fifth after posting a team score of 360 (+68)
 
Ryleigh Faust (Lewisburg, Pa./Lewisburg Area) served as the highest scorer for the maroon and gold, placing 16th with a 16 over par 89. Faust went just two-over par on the back nine.
 
Olivia Martinez (Bellevue, Ohio/Bellevue) and Noemi Krizso (New Windsor, N.Y./Cornwall Central) tied for 17th place after bringing in matching scorecards of 17-over 90.
 
Julia Zonca (Newton, N.J./Newton High School) tied for 20th with an 18-over par 90. Grace Green (Shadyside, Ohio/Shadyside High School) went 25-over to tie for 33rd with a 98.
 
Golfing as independents, Danielle Meade (Falls, Pa./Wyoming Area) recorded a 42-over 115 while Samantha Shaw (Bellefonte, Pa./Bellefonte Area) posted a 44-over 117.
 
The Huskies are next scheduled to compete at the ESU Spring Invitational on Saturday, April 20.
