BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – The Bloomsburg women's golf team picked up its second victory in a row while collecting a trio of top ten finishes at the Husky Fall Invitational at The Golf Course at Frosty Valley on Thursday.

After claiming victory at the Kutztown Women's Fall Invitational on Monday, the women's golf program won its second tournament of the season as the Bloomsburg Maroon team posted a 61-over 353. The Gold team placed fourth with a 93-over 385.

Sophia Reed (Estero, Fla./Estero) and
Emma Lewis (Downingtown, Pa./Downingtown) tied for third with 14-over 87's. Reed had five pars and two birdies on the day while Lewis finished with six pars.

In her last home-tournament as a Husky,
Grace Green (Shadyside, Ohio/Shadyside High School) carded a 15-over 88 to tie for sixth. Green notched six pars during the round.
Nadia Yackanicz (Schwenksville, Pa./Perkiomen Valley) posted an 18-over 91 with seven pars. The freshman finished just outside the top ten in a tie for 11th.

Gabby Hubbs (Bourbonnais, Ill./Bradley Bourbonnais Community) led the Gold team by placing 13th with a 20-over 93.
Kate Pettersen (Alberta, Canada/North Island Distance Education),
Emma Tolbert (Chambersburg, Pa./Chambersburg Area) and
Noemi Krizso (New Windsor, N.Y./Cornwall Central) all finished as a part of a six-way tie for 18th at 23-over par (96).
Helen Smith (Yardley, Pa./Pennsbury) tied for 24th with a 27-over 100 while
Kali Koontz (Albion, Ind./Central Noble) posted a 44-over 117 to finish 35th.

The Huskies return to the course on Monday, October 20 as they look to make it three-in-a-row at the Lebanon Valley Invitational.
