STROUDSBURG, Pa. – The Bloomsburg women's golf team placed fourth at the ESU Spring Invitational at Glen Brook Golf Club after shooting at a 333 (+45) on Saturday afternoon.
 
The Huskies were led by Sophia Reed (Estero, Fla./Estero) who posted nine-over 81 en route to tying for seventh.
 
Noemi Krizso (New Windsor, N.Y./Cornwall Central) tied for ninth, finishing one stroke back of Reed with a ten-over 82.
 
Freshman Emma Lewis (Downingtown, Pa./Downingtown) finished just outside the top ten, posting an 11-over 83 to end that day in 11th.
 
Emma Tolbert (Chambersburg, Pa./Chambersburg Area) rounded out the Huskies scorers as she carded a 15-over 87. Kate Petterson posted an 87 as well while golfing as an individual. The pair finished a part of a six-way tie for 19th
 
Nadia Yackanicz (Schwenksville, Pa./Perkiomen Valley) placed 27th after she recorded a 94 (+22) on the day. Morrigan Gerringer posted a 103 (+31) as she took 33rd.
 
Women's golf returns to action on Wednesday, April 22 as they compete in day one of the PSAC Championships at Burleigh Golf Club in Kutztown.
