Six From Women's Soccer Earn CSC Academic All-District Team Honors

GREENWOOD, Ind. - Six members of the Bloomsburg women's soccer team received College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District distinction as announced on Tuesday. The six selections feature senior Emma Wilkinson (Smithtown, N.Y./Smithtown West) and juniors Laci Bell (Baltimore, Md./Sparrows Point), Brooke Coco (Blackwood, N.J./Paul VI), Anika Krasnai (Lancaster, Pa./Manheim Township), Daryn Savage (Bensalem, Pa./Archbishop Wood), and Olivia Thompson (Pottstown, Pa./Owen J. Roberts)

Wilkinson, a team captain and speech-language pathology major, appeared in all 19 games for the Huskies and made 18 starts. The forward had a career year in 2025, scored two goals and adding three assist for seven points. Wilkinson receives her first career CSC Academic All-District honor and is previously a three-time PSAC Scholar-Athlete and twice a D2 ADA Academic Achievement recipient.

Bell, the first of five junior selections for Bloomsburg, is a biomedical sciences/Pre-Pa double major from Baltimore, Md. The midfielder appeared in 19 contests this season with 17 starts. Bell recorded one goal this year and a career-best two assists for the Huskies in her third season. The junior is a two-time PSAC Scholar-Athlete and one-time D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award recipient.

Coco makes her second appearance on a CSC Academic All-District Team after being one of just three players for Bloomsburg to appear and start all 19 games. The defender has started her last 34 games played. Coco, a nursing major, has received PSAC Scholar-Athlete twice and once garnerd D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award honors. 

The third junior, Krasnai appeared in 19 contests with 18 starts for Bloomsburg this season. The forward made a direct impact in a starting role for the Huskies, earning second-team All-PSAC East honors after recording two gaols and three assists. The exercise science major is a two-time PSAC Scholar-Athlete honoree and once received D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award distinction.

Savage earns her first CSC Academic All-District honor after a breakout season for the junior. In her third season, and first getting significant minutes, the defender finished with a team and career-best five goals to go with one assist for a team-leading and career-high 11 points. The health sciences major appeared in 19 games for the Huskies and made 15 starts. Savage is a two-time PSAC Scholar-Athlete recipient and one-time D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award recipient.

Thompson comes in as the final junior and overall honoree for the Huskies. The forward had a career year in her third season, tying for the team lead with 11 points after registering career-best totals in goals (4) and assists (3). The junior started 12 games for Bloomsburg this season while apperaing in all 19 contests. The accounting major is a two-time PSAC Scholar-Athlete and a one-time D2 ADA Academic Achivement Award recipient.
 

The 2025 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes soccer honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA — for each gender.
 
To be eligible, a student-athlete must have a 3.50 cumulative GPA and be a starter or significant reserve – playing in at least 90 percent or starting in at least 66 percent of the team's contests.

Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second-, and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in early December. The CSC Academic All-District® teams include the student-athletes listed on the following pages.
 
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2024-25 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA national office.
