YORK, Pa. – The Bloomsburg women's swimming team is sending 13 athletes to the finals on day two of the 2025 PSAC Swimming Championships, Tuesday evening. The Huskies have five swimmers in the A finals and eight in the consolation finals.

The 100-yard butterfly will kick the evening events off with senior
Rylee Wenzel (West Lawn, Pa./Wilson) vying to defend her crown from last year. Wenzel finished second in the prelims with a time of 56.46, .01 faster than her seed time.
Vanesa Valli (Beaver Falls, Pa./Blackhawk) will swim in the 'B' finals after finishing ninth in the prelims with a collegiate-best time of 57.77, .74 faster than her seed time. She's the top time of the B finals.
Ashley Martin (Middletown, N.Y./Pine Bush) and
Gabi Walsh (Elizabethtown, Pa./Elizabethtown) qualified for the 'C' Finals as Martin finished 17
th overall with a collegiate-best time of 59.13, 1.39 ahead of her seed time. Walsh took 18
th overall in the prelims with a time of 59.14, 1.21 ahead of her seed.

Every Husky who swam in this morning's 400-IM qualified for one of the final races this evening.
Grace McBlain (Aldan, Pa./Monsignor Bonner) and
Taleah Ruben (Pottsville, Pa./Pottsville) take on the 'A' final while
Jordyn Kinnee (Frederick, Md./Oakdale) is in the 'B' Final.
Catie Strayer (York, Pa./Central York),
Sadie Ludwick (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Cedar Cliff), and Lizzy Johnson will swim in the 'C' Finals.
McBlain finished fourth overall with a time of 4:36.93 while Ruben swam a college-best time of 4:39.88 to finish seventh. Kinnee finished 14
th in the prelims with a college-best time of 4:45.58. Strayer highlights the 'C' Final with a time of 4:47.83, 18
th overall. Ludwick posted a college-best time of 4:50.58 as she finished 21
st in the prelims. Johnson is 23
rd in the prelims with a time of 4:51.21.

Rachel Cunningham (Hanover, Pa./South Western) had one of the more impressive swims with this morning as she took on the 200-free for just the second time this season and posted a career-best time of 1:53.50 to finish seventh overall. Cunningham swam in the first heat of the day and was the time to beat for most of the prelim heats.
Madison Osanitsch (Shippensburg, Pa./Shippensburg) finished eighth overall with a time of 1:55.92 to qualify for the 'A' Finals.
Morgan Holmes (Monroeville, Pa./Gateway) swam a college-best time of 1:55.32 to finish 12
th overall and qualify for the 'B' Finals this evening.

Tonight's session gets underway from the Graham Aquatic Center in York, Pa. with the 200-yard free relay before the individual races. The evening's session will conclude with the 400-yard medley relay.
