YORK, Pa. – The Bloomsburg men's swimming team had a strong finish to the 2025 PSAC Swimming Championships as the Huskies finished fourth overall with 394 teams points, moving up from fifth from the night before. Sophomore Jack Drake (Phillipsburg, N.J./Phillipsburg Area) hit an NCAA B Cut during the final day of events.
 
In the morning prelims, Drake finished second overall with a career-best time and an NCAA 'B' cut of 44.92 to qualify for the 'A' Finals in the 100-yard freestyle. Drake finished third in the finals with a time of 45.21. Andrew Holmes (Monroeville, Pa./Gateway) qualified for the A Finals as well and finished fourth overall with a time of 45.40. Ian Hamilton (Uniontown, Pa./Laurel Highlands) took seventh in the A Finals with a career-best time of 45.65.
 
In the final race of the morning, Ethan Robertson (/) finished seventh in the first timed finals with a time of 17:15.21 of the 1,650-yard free. Luke Willard (Orefield, Pa./Parkland) took ninth in the morning's heats with a time of 17:19.39. Robertson finished 15^th overall and Willard 17^th. Michael Huegel (Springfield, Pa./Spriingfield) swam in the evening's final timed finals and took sixth overall with a career-best time of 16:19.54.
 
Sophomore Cole Verga (Lawrenceville, N.J./Lawrence) qualified for the consolation finals of the 200-yard backstroke and took 12^th overall and fourth in the B Finals with a time of 1:57.64.
 
Sophomore Connor McClurkin (Langhorne, Pa./Neshaminy) earned a spot in the 'A' Finals of the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:06.29 and dropped almost two full seconds off his time to take fifth in the A Finals with a time of 2:04.33. Sean Witmer (Millmont, Pa./Mifflinburg) qualified for the consolation finals with a time of 2:07.76 and finished fourth in the consolation finals with a time of 2:06.49. Constantin Buga (Philadlephia, Pa./Northeast) earned his spot in the consolation finals with a time of 2:06.77 and finished sixth in the final with a time of 2:07.83.
 
The Huskies capped the final night of the 2025 PSAC Swimming Championships in an impressive fashion as they took second in the 400-yard freestyle relay to earn 34 team points and pull ahead of IUP for the fourth-place team finish. Drake got the relay off to a strong start with a time of 45.36 in the first 100 yards. Tanner Glatfelter (Dover, Pa./Dover) posted a 47.04 in the second 100 and Holmes swam an impressive 44.80 to pull the Huskies into second going into the final leg. Hamilton swam a 45.10 anchor leg to hold on to second place and the silver medal for the Huskies for a final time of 3:02.30.

The Huskies took fourth overall with 394 team points. Drake and Holmes now await the selections to the 2025 NCAA Men's Swimming Championships.
