BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Bloomsburg men's indoor track & field team claimed one podium finish and sits ninth after the opening day of the PSAC Championships at the Rauch Fieldhouse at Lehigh University on Saturday.

Peter Tepper (Cherry Hill, N.J./Cherry Hill East),
Finnegan Purtle (/),
Brackton Parrish (Charlotte, N.C./William Amos Hough) and Peyton Riely found a spot on the podium with a seventh-place time of 10:30.79 in the distance medley relay. The Huskies' best time of the season earned Bloomsburg its third podium in the event in the past four years.

In the 400-meter,
Christopher Brittingham (Royersford, Pa./Spring-Ford) posted a time of 51.03 to finish 12th in the event.

Brady Deivert (Selinsgrove, Pa./Selinsgrove Area) placed 14th in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.74. Deivert finished just .01 seconds off a personal-best.

In the field,
Jack Donchez (Bethlehem/Liberty High School) threw a mark of 13.91 meters in the weight throw, taking 13th in the event.

Tyler Lobos (/) took 13th in the pole vault, clearing a height of 4.05 meters.

After four events in the heptathlon,
Andrew Kane (/) sits 11th with 2,271 points. Kane posted a personal best in the 60-meter with a time of 7.38. The junior saw his best finish in the long jump with a mark of 6.30 meters.

The Huskies return to the Rauch Fieldhouse at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday morning for the final day of the PSAC Championships.
