KUTZTOWN, Pa. – The Bloomsburg women's golf team sits in sixth place after the opening round of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) at Berkleigh Country Club on Friday afternoon.

Bloomsburg shot a 61-over 349 on day one, recording the lowest opening-round score at the conference tournament in program history.

Ryleigh Faust (Lewisburg, Pa./Lewisburg Area) is tied for ninth after posting a 10-over 82. The senior posted eight pars in the round and did not record higher than a bogey on a hole.

Noemi Krizso (New Windsor, N.Y./Cornwall Central) and
Julia Zonca (Newton, N.J./Newton High School) sit tied for 27th, each recording a 16-over 88. Krizso went four over on the front nine with five pars while Zonca notched six pars on the day.

Freshman
Emma Tolbert () carded a 19-over 91 with four pars and is tied for 32nd.
Grace Green (Shadyside, Ohio/Shadyside High School) is in 36th place after shooting a 20-over 92.

The Huskies return to the course for day two of the PSAC Championship beginning at 10 a.m.
