YORK, Pa. – The Bloomsburg women's swimming team produced several finals-time improvements and relay scoring performances Thursday during Day Two of the 2026 PSAC Swimming Championships at the Graham Aquatic Center.
Bloomsburg sits fourth in the team standings with 462 points through 18 events.
Sidney Beers (DeBois, Pa./DuBois Area),
Samantha Linsey (Camp Hill, Pa./Cedar Cliff),
Morgan Holmes (Monroeville, Pa./Gateway), and
Rachel Cunningham (Hanover, Pa./South Western) combined for a second-place finish in 1:34.65 to open finals. Beers got the Huskies off to a quick start with a 24.25 opening 50 yard swim before Linsey posted a split of 24.19 and Holmes dropped a split at 23.19. Cunningham closed out the race with a speedy 23.02 anchor leg for the runners-up finish for the Huskies.
Vanesa Valli (Beaver Falls, Pa./Blackhawk) placed sixth in the A final of the 100-yard fly with a time of 57.12.
Ashley Martin (Middletown, N.Y./Pine Bush) improved from 58.04 in prelims to 57.82 in finals to place 10
th overall and second in the B Finals.
Grace McBlain (Aldan, Pa./Monsignor Bonner) finished seventh in the A final of the 400-IM with a time of 4:38.75.
Maddie Fletcher (Wrightstown, N.J./Northern Burlington County) (Wrightstown, N.J./Northern Burlington County) finished eighth in the B Finals and 16
th overall with a time of 4:43.89.
Jordyn Kinnee (Frederick, Md./Oakdale) took second in the C Finals and 18
th overall with a time of 4:41.68, a 3.51 improvement from her prelim time.
Sadie Ludwick (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Cedar Cliff) took third in the C Final and 19
th overall with a time of 4:43.64, 2.30 faster than her prelim time.
Taleah Ruben (Pottsville, Pa./Pottsville) finished 24
th overall and eighth in the C Final with a time of 4:51.11.
Morgan Holmes (Monroeville, Pa./Gateway) delivered one of the night's largest improvements, dropping from 1:54.38 in prelims to 1:53.22 in finals to tie for first in the B Finals and ninth overall in the 200-yard freestyle.
Rachel Cunningham (Hanover, Pa./South Western) placed eighth in the A final in 1:54.95.
Morgan Keefer (Lewisberry, Pa./Northern York) took 11
th overall and third in the B Finals with a time of 1:55.17, 0.07 faster than her prelim time.
Saryn McCullough (Newark, De./Newark Charter) finished fourth in the C Finals with a time of 1:57.07 while
Sarah Pickel (Ambler, Pa./Wissahickon) took seventh with a time of 1:57.85. Linsey finished eighth with a time of 1:57.93.
The quartet of McBlain, Keefer, Valli, and Beers placed fifth in 3:54.39 to close the evening.
The Huskies get back to work tomorrow morning for Day Three of the PSAC Championships. Prelims begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by the finals at 5:30 p.m.
