Women’s Track & Field Preview: Huskies Enter PSAC Championships with Title Contenders Across Track and Field

2026 Indoor Track & Field Preview - Women

Women's Indoor Track and Field | 2/26/2026 11:07:00 AM

BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – The Bloomsburg women's track and field team heads to the 2026 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Indoor Championships at Rauch Fieldhouse with championship contenders on the track and in the field, highlighted by multiple top-two seeds and strong scoring depth.

The Huskies' distance group enters the weekend as one of the conference's strongest units. Junior Lexi Tepper (Cherry Hill, N.J./Cherry Hill East) owns the top seed in three events — the 800 meters (2:15.02), mile (4:54.15) and 3000 meters (9:56.09) — positioning herself as one of the meet's premier athletes. Tepper is the only runner in the field seeded under 10 minutes in the 3K and under 4:55 in the mile. The junior set the school record in both the 800 and the mile this season.

Freshman Olivia Magagna (Lancaster, Pa./Lampeter Strasburg) provides additional scoring strength, entering as the No. 2 seed in the 3000 meters (9:59.07) and No. 3 in the 5000 meters (17:32.40). Senior Amanda Kelly (West Chester, Pa./Henderson) is seeded seventh in the 5K (18:13.55), giving Bloomsburg multiple projected scoring spots in the distance events.

Sophomore Abby Parise (Selinsgrove, Pa./Selinsgrove Area) anchors the Huskies' sprint and jump presence. Parise is seeded third in the 60-meter hurdles (8.94) and fourth in the long jump (5.76m), making her one of Bloomsburg's most versatile scoring threats. Parise's 8.94 is a school record in the 60-meter hurdles.

In the triple jump, senior Devin Hubler (Minersville, Pa./Minersville Area) enters as the No. 5 seed (11.52m), while sophomore Lindsey Pelaez (Stroudsburg, Pa./Stroudsburg) (11.04m) adds depth as the No. 12 seed. Bloomsburg also fields Aria Messner (Avoca, Pa./Pittston Area) (5.51m) and Hubler (5.49m) in the long jump as the eighth and ninth seed, vying for a spot on the podium and adding points for the Huskies. Freshman Jordin Bowman (/) is seeded 12th (1.61m) in the high jump.

In the throws, junior Grace Lippincott (State College, Pa./State College Area) enters as the No. 4 seed in the weight throw (15.64m) – a school record she set last week. Sophomore Julia Beccari (Lake Ronkonkoma, Pa./Sachem North) (15.10m) and sophomore Mikaela Sullivan (Bloomsburg, Pa./Central Columbia) (14.18m) add depth in the event as the seventh and 13th seed. Sullivan also competes in the shot put (12.88m) as the fifth seed with her school record mark alongside freshman Laura Dunn (/) (11.91m) as the 12th seed.

The Huskies' distance medley relay enters as the No. 1 seed (12:17.54), while the 4x400-meter relay is seeded 11th at 4:08.13.

With championship contenders across distance, hurdles, jumps and throws, Bloomsburg enters the weekend positioned to compete for significant team points.

The Championships get under way on Saturday, February 28. The facility opens at 9:00 a.m. and the women's weight throw kicks off the day at 11:00 a.m.
