MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. –
Abby Parise (Selinsgrove, Pa./Selinsgrove Area) broke her own school record in the 100-meter hurdles as the women's track and field team posted four Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) qualifying marks at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational in Myrtle Beach.

Parise qualified for the finals of the 100-meter hurdles by shattering her own school record with a time of 14.57. The sophomore is seeded seventh in the finals and is the only non-DI competitor in the Saturday's race. Parise's time is a PSAC automatic qualifying time.

Madeline Ikeler joined Parise with a PSAC qualifying time in the 100-meter hurdles, running a 15.04 to finish 11th.
Lindsey Pelaez (Stroudsburg, Pa./Stroudsburg) placed 23rd with a time of 16.20.

Parise also notched a PSAC qualifying mark in the long jump, claiming 13th with a jump of 5.51 meters.
Devin Hubler (Minersville, Pa./Minersville Area) took 18th with a jump of 5.37 meters and
Lorelei Eberly (Downingtown, Pa./Coatesville Area) placed 38th with a mark of 4.95 meters.

Julia Beccari (Lake Ronkonkoma, Pa./Sachem North) placed tenth in the hammer throw with a PSAC qualifying mark of 45.14 meters.
Sarah Trimble (Royersford, Pa./Spring-Ford Area) took 32nd in the event with a throw of 35.26 meters while
Grace Lippincott (State College, Pa./State College Area) placed 36th with a mark of 33.09 meters.

Amanda Kelly (West Chester, Pa./Henderson) finished fourth in the 5000-meter, running a time of 18:22.98.

Hannah Gerhart (Lebanon, Pa./Cedar Crest) placed seventh in the open pole vault by clearing a height of 2.75 meters while the open 800-meter saw Lauren Donahue take 15th with a time of 2:38.99.

The Huskies are back in action on Saturday, March 21 as they compete in the final day of the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational.
