READING, Pa. – The Bloomsburg men's golf team placed fourth and fifth at the Alvernia Spring Invitational at Ledge Rock Golf Club on Tuesday afternoon.

Bloomsburg's 'Maroon' team finished fourth with a 43-over par 331 while the 'Gold' squad placed fifth with a 44-over 332.

Freshman
Nash Bostdorf () led the scoring for the Huskies, carding an eight-over 80 to tie for ninth. Bostdorf tallied ten pars on the day.

Three Bloomsburg golfers tied for 12th place as
Connor Matteo (Drums, Pa./Hazleton),
John Lee (Seoul, South Korea/Southwest Christian) and Luca Nealy each posted a 10-over 82. Matteo and Neally each recorded a pair of birdies while Lee notched nine pars.

Jarred Berish (Pottstown, Pa./Owen J. Roberts) finished one stroke back in a tie for 16th, posting an 11-over 83.
Charlie O'Connor (Silver Spring, Md./Albert Einstein) and
Matt Pulcinella (Chadds Ford, Pa./Garnet Valley) both carded a 12-over 84.

Patrick Bush (Belle Vernon, Pa./Belle Vernon) ended the day in a tie for 21st at 13-over par (85) while
Jake Achenbach () recorded an 86 (+14).
Bryson Hicklin (Nazareth, Pa./Nazareth Area) tied for 26th, posting a 16-over 88.
