LEWISBURG, Pa. –
Abby Parise (Selinsgrove, Pa./Selinsgrove Area) and
Kelly Leszcynski (Nazareth, Pa./Nazareth) highlighted the weekend for the Bloomsburg women's track & field team as the Huskies turned in one of their strongest performances across the line up at the Bison Outdoor Classic over the weekend.

Abby Parise (Selinsgrove, Pa./Selinsgrove Area) shattered her previous 400-meter hurdle record as she took seventh overall with a time of 1:01.86.
Maddy Ikeler (Lewisburg, Pa./Lewisburg) finished 30
th with a time of 1:05.69. Parise and Ikeler each turned in a PSAC-qualifying performance in the 100-meter hurdles as Parise took 13
th with a time of 14.79 and Ikeler finished 33
rd with a time of 15.49. Parise went on to take fourth in the long jump with a PSAC qualifying jump of 5.73 meters (18' 9.75). Parise helped the 4x400-meter relay team including Ikeler, Alexis Tepper, and
Kendra Stout (/) to a ninth-place finish with a time of 3:59.22.

Leszcynski improved on her PSAC-qualifying standard in the javelin with a third-place finish of 47.87 meters (157' 1").

On the track,
Kendra Stout (/) led the sprinters with a pair a career-best times. In the 100-meter dash, Stout took 15
th with a time of 12.27 and in the 200-meter dash Stout finished 27
th with a time of 25.31.

Alexis Tepper posted a career-best time of 4:33.93 to take 31
st in the 1500-meter invite while
Cori McCormick (Ashland, Pa./North Schuylkill) posted a time of 4:46.88, also a career best, in the 1500-meter unseeded run. Both times were career-bests for the Huskies.

Amanda Kelly (West Chester, Pa./Henderson) finished 18
th overall with a career-best time of 36:15.42 in the 10,000-meter run while
Olivia Magagna (Lancaster, Pa./Lampeter Strasburg) took 33
rd with a career-best time of 37:05.09. Both times were PSAC-qualifying times.

Sydney Werner (Reading, Pa./Conrad Weiser) posted a career-best time of 11:31.08 in the steeplechase to take 27
th and qualify for the PSAC Championships while
Josephine Reed (Phoenixville, Pa./Phoenixville Area) qualified for the PSAC Championships with a career-best time of 11:52.14 to take 42
nd.
Haley Conner (/) finished 55
th with a time of 12:52.02.

The 4x100 meter relay team of
Aleese Stair (/), Stout,
Abby Rochester (Pocono Summit, Pa./Pocono Mountain West), and
Lorelei Eberly (Downingtown, Pa./Coatesville Area) finished 14
th with a time of 50.31.

Joining Parise with a PSAC-mark in the long jump was
Devin Hubler (Minersville, Pa./Minersville Area) with a jump of 5.66 meters (18' 7"). Hubler also hit the PSAC-mark in the triple jump with a distance of 11.52 meters (37' 9.5") while
Lindsey Pelaez (Stroudsburg, Pa./Stroudsburg) finished 15
th with a PSAC-mark of 11.16 meters (36' 7.5").

The Huskies return to action on Thursday, April 16 when they travel to Shippensburg for the Raiders Mid-Week Meet.
