2016 (OUTDOOR) Was part of the 4 x 400 relay team at the PSAC Championships that finished in 3:29.13 (5/14)...Competed in the 4x100 relay at the Bison Classic finishing 14th overall with a time of 44.43 seconds...Also competed in the 400-meter run, finishing in a career-best time of 52.89 seconds (4/17)...Opened the season taking third in the 400-meter dash in 54.18 at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational (3/19).
2015-16 (INDOOR) In the 400 meter dash, ran a 56.48 at the Susquehanna Open (2/20)...Posted a time of 7.64 in the 60-meter dash and a time of 55.51 in the 400-meter dash at the Bison Tuneup (2/12)...Had a PR in the 400-meter dash with a time of 53.57 and had a time of 24.89 in the 200-meter dash at the YSU National Invite (2/6)...Set a personal record in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.52 seconds at the Bison Open and Multi (1/30)... Posted a personal best time of 24:01 seconds in the 200-meter dash at the Bison Opener. Ran 53.78 in the 400-meter dash. (12/5)
2015 (OUTDOOR): Finished eighth in the 400 with a time of 54.90 at the Jim Taylor Invitational (3/29)... Placed 28th in the 200 with a time of 24.15 also competed in the 100, finishing with a time of 11.72 in 23rd place at the All - American Meet at East Stroudsburg(4/18).
2014-15 (INDOOR): Finished the 200-meter dash in a time of 24.39 and the 400-meter dash in a time of 54.66 at the Bison Tune Up (2/13)...Â
Competed in the 200-meter dash and finished with a time of 24.11. Also competed in the 400-meter dash and finished with a time of 55.96. Was also a memeber of the 4x400 meter relay team which finished sixth with a time of 3:36.61 at the Deneault Invitational (2/21).
2013-14 (INDOOR): Ran the 400 meters in 54.58 at the Colgate University Class of '32 Invitational (1/18)...Ran the 400 meters in 54.33 at the Bucknell Tune-Up (2/14)...Ran the 200 meters in 24.67 at the 16th Annual Bison Open and Multi (1/31).
2012-13 (INDOOR): Had a season-best time in the 400 meters, finishing in 53.54 seconds at the NCAA Division II Challenge meet (2/2).
