Took 15th overall in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:06.83, 11th in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:37.19, and fifth in the DMR with a time of 10:38.46 at the PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/29-3/1) ... Took 18th with a time of 2:00.87 in the 800-meter run at the Bucknell Tune Up (2/21) ... Posted a time of 2:03.70 in the 800-meter run at the VMI Indoor Classic (2/14-15) ... Posted a season-best time of 4:47.62 in the mile and helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a time of 3:35.17 at the BIson Open & Multi (1/31-2/1) ... Recorded a season-best time of 2:43.58 in the mile run at the Gulden Invitational (1/25) ... Helped the DMR team to a win with a time of 11:04.71 at the Orange and Maroon Classic and Multi (1/17-18).
2019 Outdoor
Helped to set the school record in the 4x800-meter relay and took fourth with a time of 7:44.73 at the PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (5/9-11) ... Took sixth at the 800-meter run with a time of 1:57.99 at the LHU Qualifier (5/3-4) ... Finished seventh in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:01.55 and helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a first-place finish with a time of 3:49.44 at the Maroon and Gold Invitational (4/27).
2018 Outdoor
Took 16th overall in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:09.53 and seventh in the 4x800-meter relay with a time of 8:00.90 at the PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (5/3-5) ... Posted a career-best in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:56.29 and won the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:28.52 at the Maroon and Gold Invitational (4/28) ... Helped the 4x800-meter relay team to a first-place finish at the 36th Millersville Metrics (4/7).
2017-18 Indoor
Took 19th in the mile run with a time of 4:47.29 at the SU Invitational (2/16) ... Helped the DMR team to a fifth-place finish with a time of 10:39.61 at the Keydet Invitational (1/19-20) ... Posted a career-best in the 1,000-meter run with a time of 2:40.33 at the Golden Bear Invitational (1/11-12) ... Finished fifth in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 9:29.33 at the Houghton December Classic (12/8) ... Took second in the mile with a time of 4:43.85 at the Bison Opener (12/1-2).
2016-17 Indoor
Set the school record in the 4x800-meter relay with a time of 7:57.66 and took fourth at the PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/25-26) ... Posted a season-best of 1:59.70 in the 800-meter run and took sixth at the Gulden Invitational (1/21) ... Recorded his career-best 4:23.90 in the mile run at the Seahawk Shootout (12/9) ... Posted a career-best 9:15.58 in the 3,000-meter run at the Bison Opener (12/3).
2016 Outdoor
Finished 14th in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:06.60 and eighth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 7:56.79 at the PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/12-14) ... Finished sixth in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 1:59.19 and the 4x400-meter relay team took first with a time of 3:32.58 at the Maroon and Gold Invite (4/30-5-1) ... Posted career-best time of 16:06.69 in the 5,000-meter run and took third at the 2nd Annual Mountaineer Under the Lights (4/23) ... Posted a career-best time in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:01.71 and season-best time of 1:57.24 in the 800-meter run at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/16-17) ... Won the 800-meter run wiht a time of 1:59.62 and took fourth in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 9:19.51 at the Bloomsburg-ESU-Kutztown Tri Meet (4/2) ... Ran a 1:59.97 in the 800-meter run and took 10th while taking ninth in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:05.48 at the Jim Taylor Invitational (3/26) ... Finished fifth in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:17.31 at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational (3/19-20).
2015-16 Indoor
Took eighth in the mile (4:26.66), 10th in the 4x400-meter relay (3:34.46), fifth in the 4x800-meter relay (8:01.18), and eighth in the DMR (10:37.74) at the PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/27-28) ... Finished second in the mile with a time of 4:28.18 and fourth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:37.46 at the Bucknell Tune Up (2/12) ... Posted a season-best 2:00.09 in the 200-meter dash and took 26th at the Youngstown State National Invite (2/5-6) ... Had a season-best time in the DMR with a time of 10:33.30 at the Youngstown National Invite ... Took eighth overall in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 9:18.99 at the Bison Opener (12/4-5).
