2013-14: (OUTDOOR) Qualified for the PSAC Outdoor Track and Field Championship in the hammer throw (5/2)...Broke his own school record in the hammer throw toss of 53.91 meters (176' 10") at the Crusader Outdoor Classic (4/5)…Had a PSAC qualifying throw in the hammer throw with a mark of 51.44 meters at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational (3/22)... Won the hammer throw competition with a throw of 53.46 meters (175' 5") at the Maroon and Gold Invitational (4/26). (INDOOR) Threw the shot put for a distance of 15.66 meters and threw a weighted throw for a distance of 15.17 meters at the Bison Opener (12/7)... Finished third in the weight throw with a toss of 16.83 meters at the Bison Open (1/31)... Threw the 35 lb. weight throw for a distance of 16.18 meters (53' 1") at the PSAC championships (3/1)...Finished in third-place in the hammer throw  with a throw of 50.08 meters at the Slippery Rock Open (4/17).

Shot Put (14.93m / 48' 11 3/4"); Discus (40.38m / 132' 6"); Hammer (49.73m / 163' 3")

2012-13: (OUTDOOR) Won the hammer throw with a mark of 52.62 meters at the Maroon and Gold Invitational (4/28)... Once again broke his own record in the hammer throw with a mark of 56.62 meters...Also qualified for PSAC's in the discus toss witha distance of 43.20 meters at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/20)... Broke his own school record in the hammer throw with a mark of 51.27 meters (168'2'') at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/14)... Once again broke his own school record in the hammer throw with a toss of 51.18 meters (167' 11'')... Also finished first in the shot put with a throw of 14.58 meters (47'10'') at the Jim Taylor Invitational at Susquehanna University (4/6)...Broke his own school record in the hammer throw with a toss of 49.75 meters (163' 3'')... Also had a PSAC qualifying mark in the shot put with a throw of 14.93 meters (48' 11 3/4'') and in the discus toss with a throw of 40.38 meters at the Crusader Outdoor Classic at Susquehanna University (3/30)...Qualified for PSACs and set a school record in the hammer throw with a throw of 48.36 meters (158' 8'')... Also qualified for PSAC's in the shot put with a throw of 13.47 (44' 2 1/2'') at the Golden Ram Invitational (3/23)...(INDOOR) Finished fifth in both the shot put (49' 5 ¾”), and the 35lb throw (53' 5 ½”) at the NCAA Division II Challenge meet (2/2).

2011-12: (INDOOR) Broke his own school record in the weight throw with a a toss of 16.34 meters at the Lehigh Fast Times before Break meet (12/7)...Took home first and second place honors in shot put and the 35 pound weight throw at the Colgate Class of 32 Invite (1/28)...Posted a PSAC-qualifying throw at the Mountain Hawk Invite in shot put with a 13.77 meter toss (1/21).

2010-11: (OUTDOOR) Set a personal best at the Maroon and Gold Invitational in the hammer throw with a 34.36 meter toss (5/1)...Earned a spot in the PSAC championships at the Millersville Metrics with a discus throw of 42.47 meters (4/9).
