2016-17 (INDOOR):
Took 17th in the mile at the Gulden Invitational with a mark of 4:40.27 (1/21) ... Finished seventh in the mile race with a time of 4:52.57 at the Bison Opener (12/4).
2016: (OUTDOOR) Was part of the 4 x 800 relay team that posted a school record and finished eighth at the PSAC Championships in 7:56.79 (5/14)...Posted a PR in the 200-meter dash at the Coach P Invitational at Moravian finishing in 25.03 seconds (4/8)...Took third at 800-meters in the Bloomsburg Tri-Meet finishing in 2:02.13 (4/2)...Ran a PR in the 1500 at the Jim Taylor Invitational finishing in 4:18.52 (3/26)...
2015-16: (INDOOR) Ran the 800 in a time of 1:59.04 at the PSAC Indoor Track and Field Championship (2/28)..Placed fifth in the 800 with a time of 1:58.68 at the Susquehanna Open (2/20)...Had a time of 2:00.56 in the 800 at the Bison Tuneup (2/12)... Posted a time of 2:04.00 in the 800-meter run at the YSU National Invite (2/6)... Part of the 4x400 team that ran in a time of 3:35.89 at the Bison Open and Multi (1/30).
2015: (OUTDOOR): In the 800, placed fourth with a time of 2:03.64 at the Jim Taylor Invitational (3/29)... Placed 10th in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:09.86 and took sixth in the 3000 meter run with a time of 10:48.74 at the tri-meet with Kutztown and East Stroudsburg (4/4)... Ran the 800 in 1:59.56 which he placed 93rd at the Bison Open at Bucknell University (4/12)... Ran the 800 in 2:02.64, good for a 12th place finish at the All - American Meet at East Stroudsburg(4/18)
2014-15 (INDOOR): Was part of the 4x400 relay team that finished with a time of 3:45.21 at the Gulden Invitational (1/24)... Finished 2:01.02 in the 800 meter at the Bison Open (1/31). Competed in the 800 meter and finished with a time of 1:59.04 at the Bison Tune Up (2/13)...Â
Took first in the 600 meter run with a winning time of 1:26.01. Was also a memeber of the 4x400 meter relay team which finished sixth with a time of 3:36.61 at the Deneault Invitational (2/21)... Finished 14th in the 800 with a time of 1:59.54. Ran with the 4x400 relay team who ran a 3:34.42. Was also apart of the men's distance relay team who finished 2nd overall with a time of 10:39.62 at the PSAC Championships (3/1).
2013-14 (OUTDOOR): Ran the 1500 meter in 4:34.12 at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational (3/22)...(INDOOR) Ran the 800 meter in 2:07.86 at the Colgate University Class of '32 Invitational (1/18)...Ran the 800 meter in 2:06.66 at the Gulden Invitational (1/25)...Ran the 400 meter in 54.34 at the Bucknell Tune-Up (2/14).
