5000-meter (15:18.32)

2012-13: (OUTDOOR) Won the 10,000 meter run at the 2013 PSAC Championships at Millersville University (5/9)...   Broke the school record in the 3000 meter run with a time of 8:51.00 at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/20)... Qaulified for PSAC's in the 10k with a time of 31:44.24 the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/14)... Qualified for PSAC's in the 5000 meter race with a time 15:18.32 at the Crusader Outdoor Classic at Susquehanna University (3/30).

2010-11: (OUTDOOR) Set a personal best at the Maroon and Gold Invitational with a 3000 meter time of 9:01.65 (5/1).
